Notice the shaved head on this little garbage collector. Most little children have shaved heads be they boys or girls. There's a bad louse problem here. We are always seeing people searching through each other's hhair looking for lice. They don't even act embarrassed. It's so common place that every one has lice.
I was worried about a little girl in our branch because her cousin told me she has TB and that's why she doesn't go to school. I called the Mission President to see what he had to say about TB in the branch and he said it's so common and so many people have it (or think they have it) that it's not something to worry about. I mainly was worried that people would boycott the church or be mean to the little girl if they found out. He said nobody will even give it a second thought. We thought it was so strange because in the states all the teachers are tested for TB every year but not for AIDS. Go figure.

This girl's name is Sweety. She's a new convert to the Church and a really nice girl. She came over to our house for lunch one day because we wanted San San to meet her and possibly get her introduced to San San's nephew Arune. I don't think they are going to match up but we have made a good new friend anyway.
