Lots of things about these Indians in India remind us of our North American and South American Indians. These are statues at a Hindu Temple that we pass quite often.

Look at the first picture very closely. Can you see something in the picture. As you scroll down something scary will come into view. Pretty scary stuff, especially when you know that they haven't turned the power off.

These are some of our neighborhood parrots. They are the most beautiful birds. But they fly so fast we haven't been able to catch one as a pet yet. There are also a lot of mina birds around. They all speak Hindi so it might be hard to train one to speak English.

Monkeys and cute little school children. I really like the little tin box school busses.

Most of the following pictures are of goats but I thought I better put this raggedy looking old cow's picture in before I forget.

I love all the animals in this city. The other day we were over at Old Delhi and I couldn't resist all the interesting goats. You can tell that some of them are the owner's pride and joy. The first little goats with the pink and yellow sweaters were so cute. Check out the huge Billy Goats with the big humps on their noses, the proud goat with the neatly wrapped horns, bell necklace, and the gunny sack coat and the little white goat with the long ears. The big old Billy Goat with the man's heavy coat on and the necklace was a mean character. He was really trying to ram the fellow who made him get up so I could get a picture.
