The two beggars here are lepers. You will notice how their toes and fingers have shrunken away.
There were many more lepers, beggars, and vendors. Fred had a herd of them following him around. He's always so nice to them which is different than all the other tourists who shun them.
As a result he gets trampled. I'll have to get a picture of this spectacle one of these times. He has made friends with quite a few at some of the markets we frequent in Delhi.
