We see the most interesting characters right in our neighborhood. There are so many different costumes mainly among the men. Most of the time they are happy to get their picture taken but sometimes they want money. The two fellows with the spears wanted money but Fred decided he didn't want to pay them. They chased after us for a ways demanding their money. I told Fred he picked the wrong two not to pay. They were even carrying weapons. He said he hadn't thought about that.
