I've been tempted to get my hands painted. The patterns are so beautiful. It seems that the women get their hands painted for every occasion. Right now Duwali is being celebrated. It's the birth day of one of their Gods. I've lost track of which one. I thought it was cute how the little ones were even getting into the act. This big sister was painting her little sisters hand.

Diwali is the most amazing thing in India. It is like New Years celebration in Manila, Philippines. You two are the best people ever! We had such a good time with you and wanted to write you about the rest of our experience and continue reading about yours in India. Thank you so so so much for feeding us and giving us the tour of a lifetime. We couldn't have seen India without you! We got to Nepal safely, carried on to Dubai, and then Turkey, and finally Italy.
